These are some of my favorite spooky and funny stories. Chilling, thrilling and humorous.
Recorded live at the Horace Mann Middle School and at the Knotty Oak Middle School.

  • Written and performed by: Mark Binder
  • Eight Stories.  52 Minutes

This recording includes live versions of the hilarious “It Ate My Sister” and the creepy “The Haunted Playground (Ellen’s Revenge)” from Mark Binder’s book, “It Ate My Sister”.
– TV Deprogrammer is a modern tale of the never-ending battle between generations. It’s man versus machine, techno vs. luddite.
– Old Scratch Nickels tells the fitting fate of a corrupt politician.
Classic stories include, “The Monkey’s Paw” and “It Was A Dark and Stormy Night”
– The Monkey’s Paw starts off as a sort of homage to Monty Python, but ends in heartbreak
– It Was A Dark and Stormy Night is a classic jump tale.
– The Death of Harry Potter is not authorized by anyone affiliated with Harry Potter. It is, however, a fitting conclusion to the story.
– Sarah’s Stake is a gut-wrenching vampire story about a young girl who is forced to… Well, you’ll have to listen to the story to find out.
